To protect this journal from the elements while you are out on campaign the cover wraps all the way around and secures closed with a tether, to keep your entries private. We know that while out adventuring you won’t always be able to return to us to get a refill so we have designed this Adventuring Journal to be refilled with medium sized composition pads that can be found in most large stores around the world. Just get your holes punched in there and untie the leather strap to change out your paper!
